Hello! I am Sara, the girl behind the camera, also known as the Owner and Founder of Spirit Photography.

I am a boy mom and a country girl at heart. My first love in life was horses and I still love to photograph them and their owners. I have continued to be a horse lover, as well as a dog mom. My tiny Yorkie named, Gracie turns me into a baby-talking goof! She is my anti-depressant, sassy and sometimes (on her terms only) snuggler! I love the outdoors and finding God's beauty in the world around me.

My clients describe me as fun, loyal and slightly sarcastic! Most of all, I like to have fun and make your portrait experience as painless as possible....because, let's be real, being in front of the camera can be a little intimidating! No worries, we've got you! We will do our best to make you and your family feel comfortable, relaxed and have you leaving with wonderful memories of the time we had together.

Portrait Sessions start at $99, Prints and Products are in addition. We specialize in printed art, including Canvas, Metal and Photographic Prints. We support and believe in small businesses and are proud to say, all of our products are not only made in the U.S. but also in the state of Iowa.
